We raise our cattle from start to finish; keeping them on rolling green pastures where they’re free to graze 24/7. Later in life, we add grains to their diet to achieve the best flavors possible in our beef.

Cattle have access to grass their entire lives; grain is added to their diet later in life to add a little extra flavor and marbling to the meat they produce
